NEW SPECTACULAR ENTERTAINMENT ON MALLORCA THIS SUMMER

This summer no less than five new live stage shows will be launched to entertain visitors throughout the season.

Special 150th Anniversary Moulin Rouge Spectacular

The authentic Parisian dance troupe will be coming to Mallorca next month
to start the first performances in Spain of their summer tour. Artists, acrobats and the famous “Doris Girls” performing the “Can Can” make up this spectacular to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Moulin Rouge in Paris. The show will take place on the 19th & 20th June in the grounds of the Hotel Blau Porto Petro in an open air setting beside the sea. German orchestra the “Clou Experience” and magicians Erick Lantin and Valerie with their exciting show featuring live tigers and panthers complete the gala performance. Broadway & “’Ole Blue Eyes” Come to Mallorca

Broadway comes to Mallorca in the form of a new show called “Come Fly with Me” which launches this month in Mallorca’s Gran Casino. The show recaptures the period of New York in 1959 and the star is “’Ole Blue Eyes” Frank Sinatra played by Chris Mann. This is an ambitious production with 30 acrobats, dancers, singers a juggler and pianist and the set alone, which recreates New York in the 50’s, has taken a year to complete. The show’s producers are also responsible for the hit “Pirates” spectacular in Magaluf. Performances will take place each Thursday evening throughout the month of June with an extra performance on Tuesday evening from July onwards. Information:

Las Vegas – 80’s Fever and the King !

The “Es Foguero” restaurant show spectacular launches the new theme of Las Vegas this summer where visitors will be able to see two shows. The “’80’s Fever” show takes you back to the biggest hits of the 1980’s with a special tribute to Barry White and other great artists from that period who each week will be featured. Son Amar Launches “A Night of Stars”

The dinner show venue, Son Amar, launches its new show with its own Son Amar Orchestra and laser show, the singer Rosa Lima; Jacobo Guerra and his highly trained while horse and the Carmen Mota National Ballet. Plus magician and comedian acts, the Son Amar dance troupe perform Celtic Dances and the “Drifters” bring the show to its finale. Information: www.sonamar.com

“Pirates” Launches a New International Show

The established “Pirates” show continues to be popular with families with its unique mix of spectacle, music and dance. Throughout the show an epic tale unfolds as you see pirates perform incredible feats and stunts. This year the organiser’s launch the new “Pirates International” show with less emphasis on the spoken word (the show is performed in English) and more focus on the action to appeal to a wider international audience.
